Welcome to Studio on the Square!
Studio on the Square is an Airbnb located in Calhoun City, Ms. We are about 45 minutes south of Oxford, MS and one hour northwest of Starkville, MS.
We are well suited as a vacation rental in North Central, MS, however, most of our guests aren't vacationing. Some are passing through on long road trips, and others are visiting Ole Miss, or Mississippi State University and want something outside of these college towns. Others stay with us while they are visiting the universities for various events (football games, graduations, parent's day, etc.).
We frequently host professionals, such as insurance agents, traveling nurses, private contractors, etc. Still, others are just coming "home" to visit relatives, attend reunions, and so on.
We are excited to host you and a loved one (max. of 2 guests) at our 2nd floor (upstairs), 1 bedroom/1 bath apartment full of character.
In this apartment, you will have exclusive access to a spacious, private bedroom and a large, full bathroom and kitchen.
If you're looking for a tastefully decorated space with a modern feel but with the ambiance of something historic, we're the perfect spot.

Public parking is available in front of the building and across the street. There are no reserved spaces, but our guests normally don't have any issue finding a spot.
There are occasional events that could cause limited parking availability, but these are rare.
You may unload right in front of the door, but please park down a few spaces to the left of the building.
Neighborhood Description
We are located on the town square in the small town of Calhoun City, MS. We are about a 45 minute drive south of Oxford, and an hour from Starkville.
In our town you can find the necessities, such as gas stations, grocery stores, banks/ATMs, boutique stores and pharmacies, There is a Family Dollar/Dollar Tree, Hometown Market, Dollar General ... all approx. one mile away. There are several restaurants from 1 - 10 miles away.
Perfect location for you to hang your hat for Ole Miss or Mississippi State football games, graduations, events, etc.
